Hi, I have the privilege of living in the lovely town of Portishead, Bristol, where I work remotely as a virtual assistant, across the UK. I have many years of experience as an executive PA as well as other administrative roles in various industries. I also belong to an extensive network of experienced VAs with various industry expertise that offer many different technical and creative administrative tasks or projects.
I offer a range of flexible and beneficial tasks and services to suit your business needs such as diary management, scheduling meetings, booking appointments, sending e-mails to name just a few. A little more about me
I have over twenty years of work experience, including eighteen years as an executive PA, office manager, administrator, business development manager, training manager, as well as a few years as a recruiter, and property letting management. I have held various positions in different industries, such as banking, legal, audit and advisory (big four), property, hospitality, IT financing and FMCG. I have worked with managers, MDs, partners and CEOs, and gained a versatile and broad range of skills and capabilities.
My career has been a wonderful journey with a great variety of opportunities that I thoroughly enjoyed, giving me a strong background in business administration, and a keen eye for detail. I have handled various tasks and projects that required excellent communication, organization skills, financial skills, data entry, customer support, time management, and problem-solving skills. I took a career break for a few years to raise my twins, who are my pride and joy. They have truly taught me patience, resilience, and many other skills that have helped me grow more as a person and a parent. 😁
During this time, I also discovered my passion for VA work through an agency that I had joined for a few months. I enjoy the flexibility and variety that VA work offers, and I love helping my clients achieve their goals. This inspired me to finally take the leap and start a VA business dedicated to helping clients with their administrative tasks and projects. I value honesty, integrity, and professionalism and believe it's important to establish trust through delivering consistent, timeous, high quality work, understanding my client's needs and delivering excellent service so that you can relax and focus on your business goals.
